Nathan Goldman is the Director of Digital Forensics, leading complex digital investigations with expertise and precision. He holds a Master’s degree in Digital Forensics and Cyber Security from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Certified as a Cellebrite Operator (CCO), Magnet Certified Forensics Examiner (MCFE), and Magnet Certified Verakey Examiner (MCVK), he excels in mobile, computer, and cloud-based forensic analysis.

Maddy Wickham is a Certified Criminal Defense Specialist with over 10 years of surveillance experience including undercover operations. She is a credentialed open-source intelligence expert, and conducts in-depth background investigations as the Director of the Due Diligence division.  Her work has been critical to many positive outcomes for our clients, including her passion for locating missing persons.    

Billy Meeks, a Founding Partner, is a U. S. Army veteran and has over forty years of law enforcement and private investigation experience. He is a Board-Certified Criminal Defense Investigator and in addition to his expansive work on everything from capital crimes to federal RICO operations, he has also cultivated an incredible network of experts and legal resources.

Lisa Clark is a administrative professional who brings more than 35 years of experience in office management, human resources, and accounting. Lisa conducts the day-to-day administrative functions, to include HR policies, maintaining financial records, collections, and payroll. She is also our team's biggest ROCKSTAR!

Jordan Bumgarner is a Certified Criminal Defense Specialist with focused expertise in both state and federal criminal defense cases, as well as advanced skip tracing.  He is also a highly skilled surveillance specialist who executes creative effective tactics and has demonstrated consistent success in infiltration operations.  He leverages his well-rounded capabilities to provide clients with thorough, strategic support across complex criminal, civil, and corporate investigations.

Bill Byassee is a retired Special Agent with the Defense Department, Defense Criminal Investigative Service, with more than 26 years of federal investigative experience, specializing in healthcare fraud, contract fraud, crimes against persons/property, economic crimes, and cryptocurrency/blockchain scams.  He is a Certified Blockchain Expert, holds an MA degree in Security Management and is a Board-Certified Criminal Defense Investigator.

Dean Fittz served for 30 years with the Department of Homeland Security as a Special Agent. He is a certified Criminal Defense Specialist and a Certified Fraud Examiner, with extensive experience in corporate fraud, export compliance, financial crimes, and any crime involving smuggling by transnational organizations.

Carissa Miller has over 20 years of experience in criminal justice and social work. From Juvenile Detention operations, background Investigations, and as an agent for the Department of Family & Protective Services, Miller’s work in developing comprehensive psychosocial histories humanized her clients, and provided critical context for outcome decisions.

Seth Wechsler is a digital forensics investigator at Blackfish Intelligence, specializing in criminal defense cases that involve complex electronic evidence extraction and analysis, device unlocks, metadata reviews, and network activity validation.  He focuses on challenging digital attributions, ensuring chain of custody compliance, and preserving Constitutional defenses. As an experienced audio and video engineer, Seth excels in enhancements and clarifications of multimedia files to help clients uncover critical insights. 

Mel Mitchell is a certified Criminal Defense Specialist with over ten years of investigative experience and five years of social work experience with CASA. She has a Master's degree from Norwich University in International Terrorism as well as an Associates degree in Cybersecurity, and is OSINT certified.  She has also been featured on the podcast, "Paper Ghosts:  The Texas Teen Murders" for her outstanding work on an unsolved cold case.

With a deep understanding of the technical science, Phillip Jones leads our Technical Surveillance Countermeasures division.  He is also a Certified Criminal Defense Specialist, experienced in surveillance, and has a background in open-source and geospatial intelligence. He is certified in the use of sophisticated TSCM equipment and methodologies by Research Electronics International and is experienced in clearing vehicles, homes and businesses.

Dave Clark has over 20 years of experience as a law enforcement management professional, with a robust background in managing and conducting complex investigations. In his various supervisory/leadership roles he was responsible for emergency response management, and agency policy development.

Alexa Peyton is a former Dallas Police Department crime scene analyst and a surveillance specialist in infiltration assignments and open-source intelligence research.
