The Allegation: On the 4th of July, 2020, during a reunion celebration in a Dallas, a verbal argument broke out between two men. One of the men walking toward the parking lot and the second man followed him fired 16 shots into his back.
The Allegation: After responding to a 9-1-1 report of domestic violence, two police officers cleared the call, but continued to the residence. Our client was reportedly intoxicated and armed. Accused of aiming at police, he was shot in the torso.
Based on our findings, our client, Benjamin Spencer was release from prison after 34 years of wrongful incarceration. He was a 22-years old and recently married when he was sentenced to Life in prison.
The Allegation: Four postal carriers were delivering mail during the Christmas season. A resident of a nearby home walked toward them shouting in an angry voice. After exchanging words the man suddenly began firing a shotgun at them.
The Allegation: A 16-year-old girl claimed that she had been sexually molested from ages 5-8, named our client as the perpetrator, and described a series of specific actions that she alleged he had done to her.
The Allegation: Police responded to the residence due to a domestic argument that turned physical, to include the man choking the woman unconscious before taking the money in her purse and driving away.
